Dr. Laura Iglesias Lino promoted to Medical Director
Brookfield, Wis. – Community Care, Inc., a Wisconsin-based non-profit serving older adults and adults with disabilities, has announced the promotion of Dr. Laura Iglesias Lino, MD, to the position of Medical Director, effective Aug. 1, 2026.
In her new role, Dr. Iglesias Lino will provide clinical leadership for the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), overseeing the delivery and outcomes of member care, supporting medical providers and interdisciplinary teams, and partnering with organizational leadership to advance quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Dr. Iglesias Lino joined Community Care in 2020 as a primary care physician. During her tenure, she has utilized her extensive experience in the care of older adults, demonstrating a strong commitment to person-centered, interdisciplinary care.

Dr. Iglesias Lino is a board-certified physician specializing in Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care with fifteen years of experience caring for older adults. She earned her medical degree from the Universidad Nacional de San Agustín in Arequipa, Peru. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center/Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, New York, and her Geriatrics fellowship training at Baystate Medical Center/Tufts University School of Medicine in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Earlier in her career, Dr. Iglesias Lino served as medical director for geriatrics and palliative care at Brightwood Health Center and associate medical director for hospice at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. In 2016, the American Geriatrics Society recognized her with its Arthur P. Gold Foundation Humanism in Medicine Award for Practicing Doctors. In 2015, she received the Hastings Center Cunniff-Dixon Physician Award for her contributions to geriatrics and palliative care.
