Community Health Matters – Coming to Racine

Join us for Community Health Matters, a free health fair designed to support your well-being and connect you with local resources.
What’s Included:
- Free Flu Shots – Available to the first 100 participants (ages 18+)
- Health Screenings – Blood pressure checks, diabetes, depression, and fitness screenings
- Meet a Doctor – Speak directly with a Community Care physician
- Healthy Giveaway – The first 100 families who visit all health stations will receive a complimentary lunch tote filled with healthy food
