Community Care’s dedicated staff includes doctors, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, recreation and rehab therapists, drivers, certified nursing assistants, home health aides, social workers, case managers, dietitian, cooks—just about anyone you can think of who serves older adults. There are also teams of people working behind the scenes in Building and Environmental Services, Human Resources, Finance, Quality Assurance, Information Technology and others who are likewise highly committed to the mission of helping the elderly and adults with disabilities maintain their independence for as long as possible.
We all appreciate the opportunity to work in a place that brings us together to share our experience, skills and knowledge so that we can enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
"I like the collaboration of ideas with team members working towards the common goal to take care of the participant,” Felita, Registered Nurse.
