Annual Report Highlights

For Community Care 2007 was once again a year of building, expansion and preparation for additional growth in 2008.  In the past we have consistently maintained an average growth rate of 19%, in 2007 we surpassed that to show a 68% growth rate!

2007 Milestones

• Celebrated our 30th Anniversary, 1977-2007, with celebrations for employees, community, participants, state and local officials.

• Completely renovated and opened our 3220 Vliet Street adult day health center and business offices.

• Began providing Family Care services to over 1450 residents in Racine and Kenosha Counties.

• Opened a Family Care Partnership clinic in Kenosha County.

• Selected by the State of Wisconsin to develop and implement managed long term care services through Family Care, Family Care Partnership and PACE programs in Sheboygan, Ozaukee, Washington, and Waukesha Counties in 2008 and Walworth County in 2009.
