Kelly Carter
	Program Officer CCHP
			Kelly began her career with Community Care in 1999 as the manager of our Prospect Place Group Home. As an RN she has worked in both direct care and administration. Her experience includes working as a Site Administrator and as a public health nurse for the Milwaukee Health Department. She currently oversees our PACE and Partnership programs.
