Waukesha PACE Adult Day Health Center to open in March

In March, we will begin offering the PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and Partnership programs to Waukesha county residents. Our new center has a clinic, lab, rehabilitation gym, and activity, dining and specialized dementia programming areas. It also includes outdoor patio areas overlooking a scenic wetland.
