Community Care offers a new Provider Hotline to quickly and efficiently answer questions and/or resolve your concerns about claims, contracting and authorizations. Dedicated customer service representatives within the Claims and Provider Management Departments are available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at (866) 937-2783 or, in Milwaukee, at (414) 902-2375.
Our goal is to provide a single number where providers can have all their questions answered. Our intent is for providers to make one call. A customer service representative will answer your question or, if need be, research the answer and call you back, only rarely ever needing to transfer your call.
We want working with Community Care to be as simple and easy as possible for our providers. This Provider Hotline, along with a dedicated website section for providers and this e-newsletter, The Care Connection, have all been created to improve communication with providers and keep you informed.
